Directions:

How to make paste from herbal powder:

 1. Mix one container of powder with one container of whisky in a small bowl (any type of whisky may be used for the mixture). Stir thoroughly.

2.  Cover with plastic paper and microwave for 45 seconds.

  3. Remove mixture from microwave and stir again.

4.   Return covered content to microwave for another 45 seconds.

5.  Repeat step #3.

6.  Repeat step #4 for 35 seconds.

7.  Stir mixture until forming paste.

8.  If mixture is too watery, repeat step #3 and #4 for 20 seconds.

Apply mixture to the area to be treated. Test tolerance of heat to the individual to avoid skin burn.
